Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and fragrance products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or leaking product received
• Defective item received

Return Request Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and unopened
• Original packaging must be intact
• Order number or proof of purchase must be provided
• Clear photos/videos may be requested for verification

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal fragrance preference issues
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged in the following situations:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective product received
• Item received in poor condition

Exchange Conditions

To process an exchange:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Product must pass verification after review

Exchange Process

• Once approved, our team will arrange the exchange
• Replacement product will be shipped based on stock availability
• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered

Shipping Charges for Returns/Exchanges

• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), shipping charges will be covered by us
• For other approved cases, shipping charges may apply

Refund Option

If exchange is not possible, an eligible refund may be processed within 5 to 10 business days
